Hydraulic hose is usually a kind of tubular rubber products used for hydraulic support or engineering machinery to transport hydraulic oil. Due to the complexity of the hoses, the variety of structures, and the different conditions of use, the length of the hose's service life depends not only on the quality of the hose, but also on its correct use and maintenance. It should be noted that the hose is used correctly: hydraulic hose and hydraulic hose assembly can only be used to convey the designed materials, and should not be used under pressure (including impact pressure) exceeding the design working pressure. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the conveyed medium does not exceed -40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃, otherwise the service life will be reduced. It should not be used below the minimum bending radius of the hose. Avoid bending or bending near the pipe joint, otherwise it will hinder the hydraulic transmission and transportation of materials or damage the hose assembly.
The hose should be kept clean and the interior should be flushed (especially the acid delivery tube, spray tube, mortar tube) to prevent foreign objects from entering the lumen, obstructing the transfer of fluid and damaging the equipment. Handle with care, do not drag on sharp and rough surfaces, and do not bend or flatten.
Hydraulic Rubber Hose changes in length under high pressure (-4%-+ 2%) and changes in length caused by mechanical movement should be used correctly. The hoses and hose assemblies that have exceeded the service life or storage period must be experimentally identified before being used.
During the loading and unloading of the hose, it must be lightly loaded and unloaded. Sorted rolls (strips) are shipped neatly to avoid excessive bending of the pipe body, and other heavy objects should not be stacked on the hose.
Hose should not be mixed with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, flammable and explosive materials; it should not be in direct contact with goods with sharp edges to avoid contact with heat sources.
For hoses that need to be transported straight, when the length exceeds the loading compartment, the extra-long part should be supported by brackets to prevent the hose from being damaged by dragging on the ground. If the hose needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or the workshop dock) for some reason, the site must be level, the hose must be neatly laid, and the cover must be covered.
